Lugansk hosts Mr/Miss Donbass Student 2023 contest event

The Lugansk State Pedagogical University (LGPU) has held the regional stage of the contest of intellect, creativity and sport “Mr and Miss Donbass Student 2023.”

“The LGPU, jointly with the LPR and DPR Youth Policy Ministries provided the opportunity to young people to represent our regions and Donbass students at the national level,” the University’s Vice Rector Olga Zhdanova said.

The contest is a show of our students’ public activities, creativity, communication skills and outer and inner beauty, regional project coordinator Yulia Bairamova said.

The regional stage involves 34 participants form the LPR and the DPR; the winners will compete at the finals in Stavropol, she said.

The contest, held since 2007 measures participants’ presentations and styles, public and volunteer activity, creative and sport achievements and intellectual abilities.*i*sb
