Russia’s special ambassador for crimes committed by the Kiev regime Rodion Miroshnik and Lugansk People’s Republic Head Leonid Pasechnik have agreed to promptly exchange information on crimes committed by Ukrainian armed formations in the LPR territory, which will be entered in one database and used in interaction with international bodies.

Miroshnik told the Lugansk Media Center that he had travelled across the northern part of the Republic close to the contact line and that there were more than enough testimonies and hard evidence of Kiev regime crimes.

“They have to be recorded, added to a single database and presented to international organizations so that the whole world, except the masterminds behind the Ukrainian crimes can be fully aware of what the Ukrainian regime is, what crimes they are committing and for what they will be held responsible,” he said.

The diplomat said that he had met with LPR leader Leonid Pasechnik after the trip and agreed close and prompt cooperation. The LPR has gained a huge experience at the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of issues related to Ukraine’s war crimes, Miroshnik said.

The Ukrainian government launched the so-called anti-terrorist operation against Donbass in April 2014.  The peace talks failed to reach tangible results due to Kiev’s position to settle the conflict by force.

President Vladimir Putin announced a special military operation on February 24, 2022 to protect Donbass residents from Ukrainian aggression. Prior to that, LPR and DPR Heads Leonid Pasechnik and Denis Pushilin asked the Russian leader to provide military assistance.*i*sb
