Kobtseva: Canadian sanctions are recognition of my work

Olga Kobtseva, deputy of the People's Council of the LPR, considers the sanctions imposed against her by Canada as yet another proof of the recognition of her activities.

On April 27, Canada put another 203 representatives of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics on its sanctions lists. The list, in particular, includes LPR Foreign Minister Vladislav Deinego, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic Anna Todorova, deputies of the People's Council.

“The new sanctions against me are yet another proof of the recognition of my activities, official recognition. It means that for all these eight years I have not worked in vain. I am very glad that my work is known even across the ocean,” Kobtseva said.

She noted that she has "no assets abroad, including in Canada, nor accounts, nor real estate, and has never had".

"I live in the Lugansk People's Republic, and I'm not going to leave," the deputy said. *t
