Visiting State Secretary of the Union State of Russia and Belarus Dmitry Mezentsev has passed a bus and computer equipment to the Lugansk College of Physical Culture.

“The Donetsk-based Olympic Reserve School and High Sportsmanship School in Lugansk have requested buses.<...> It’s absolutely clear that by passing busses, we had to help support the teaching process,” Mezentsev said. “These are modern fast computers for two language classes. We’re handing over 111 computers, ten interactive boards and ten projection systems while understanding that these are just the first steps. Of course, we’ll try to take as many such steps as possible.”

He noted that a comfortable education environment would help each student “feel like a person who improves his skills step by step achieving unique results.”

“Let me express gratitude on behalf of the LPR Education and Science Ministry and all our children to the Union State of Russia and Belarus for the attention, assistance and gifts we have received today,” said Acting LPR Education and Science Minister Yelena Bakhmut.

The ministry said that part of the delivered equipment would be distributed along Lugansk boarding schools.

Earlier in the day, LPR Acting Head Leonid Pasechnik met with the state secretary of the Union State of Russia and Belarus in Lugansk.*i*v
