Three people killed, one wounded in Ukrainian strike at Bryanka - acting mayor

Military&Defence
Three people have been killed and one has been wounded in a Ukrainian army artillery attack at Bryanka, acting mayor Yevgeny Morozov wrote on Telegram.

Ukrainian forces fired an American high mobility artillery rocket system (HIMARS) at Bryanka at 17:02 expending 12 missiles.

“The casualty toll is increasing. Three people have been killed and one has been wounded,” Morozov said. “Ukrainian monsters are destroying infrastructure and homes.”

The Bryanka part of the gas authority was practically destroyed, and damage was caused to teaching blocks and workshops of a local college, an education center, an art school, apartment buildings and single family residential neighborhood.

The Ukrainian government launched the so-called anti-terrorist operation against Donbass in April 2014.  The peace talks that began soon thereafter failed to reach tangible results due to Kiev’s position to settle the conflict by force. *i*t
