The LPR liberates the town of Schastye

Republican Defence issued a statement today saying that "the units of the LPR Defence have liberated the town of Schastye".

Stanitsa Luganskaya was liberated on February 26 without shots fired, as Ukrainian forces withdrew during the night.

The LPR has so far regained control over Trekhizbenka, Novoakhtyrka, Smolyaninovo. 

According to the spokesman of the Russian Ministry of Defence Igor Konashenkov, the LPR People's Militia liberated eight townships from the Ukrainian armed forces. *t
