Russian humanitarian aid convoy arrives in Lugansk


The 103rd humanitarian aid convoy of the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry (EMERCOM) has arrived in Lugansk; the unloading is due to begin shortly.

Nine EMERCOM trucks delivered medical supplies and medications.

EMERCOM’s 102nd humanitarian aid convoy delivered to Lugansk 33 tons of medications and medical equipment on August 12.
