Russian government to allocate one bln rbls for mobile medical teams in new regions

The Russian government is allocating more than one billion rubls to fund the mobile medical teams and multi-purpose hospitals in the new regions, the Cabinet said in a post on Telegram.
 
“The funding instruction was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin,” the post said.
 
The money, intended for the medical organizations run by the Russian Health Ministry and regional authorities will be used to form mobile medical teams, organize multi-purpose field hospitals with specialized assistance and provide guidance to regional health centers.
 
At present, visiting health teams from other Russian regions work in several districts of the Lugansk People’s Republic. According to the Russian Healthcare Ministry, mobile teams checked more than half of children in the new territories in the period from November 10, 2022 to March 5, 2023.
