Russian air defense destroys 33 Ukrainian UAVs over 24 hours

Russian air defense crews have shot down 33 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles in the special military operation zone including the territory of the Lugansk People’s Republic over the past 24 hours, the Russian Defense Ministry reported.

 “33 Ukrainian drones were eliminated in the areas of Novodruzhesk, Verkhnekamenka and Zolotaryovka in the Lugansk People’s Republic, Alexandrovka, Verkhnetoretskoye and Staromikhailovka in the Donetsk People’s Republic and Verbovoye and Pshenichnoye in the Zaporozhye region,” the report said.

On the Krasny Liman axis, Task Force “Center” units supported by artillery and heavy flamethrower systems repelled three attacks by Ukrainian army assault groups and National Guard in the areas of  Chervonaya Dibrova in the  LPR and Grigorovka in the DPR.

Over the past 24 hours, enemy losses amounted up to 210 servicemen, one tank, four infantry fighting vehicles and three cars. One US-made M109 “Paladin” self-propelled howitzer and one “Gvozdika” self-propelled howitzer were destroyed in counterfire activities.*i*sb
