Russia delivers 330 tons of food to Severodonetsk area residents

A humanitarian aid convoy of the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry (EMERCOM) has delivered 330 tons of foodstuffs to residents of the Severodonetsk area, the Lugansk People’s Republic Emergencies Ministry press service reported.
 
“On April 27, 26 EMERCOM trucks delivered relief supplies massing 336.6 tons for Donbass residents to the LPR capital,” the press service said. “The convoy promptly headed for Rubezhnoye, Severodonetsk and Lisichansk.” 
 
On Wednesday, Russia delivered 120 tons of food to Rubezhnoye residents.
 
The Ukrainian government launched the so-called anti-terrorist operation against Donbass in April 2014.  The peace talks failed to reach tangible results due to Kiev’s position to settle the conflict by force.
 
The Lugansk People’s Republic acceded to Russia on September 30, 2022 following the unification referendum.*i*ie
