Russia delivers 202 tons of food to residents of Rubezhnoye, Severodonetsk

A humanitarian aid convoy of the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry (EMERCOM) has delivered 202 tons of foodstuffs to residents of Severodonetsk and Rubezhnoye, the Lugansk People’s Republic Emergencies Ministry press service reported.
 
“On, May 22, an EMERCOM convoy delivered relief supplies for Donbass residents to the LPR capital,” the report said. “The trucks immediately left for Rubezhnoye and Severodonetsk.”
 
“Eighteen EMERCOM trucks delivered 202 tons of foodstuffs,” the press service said. On May 17, Russia delivered 100 tons of foodstuffs to Severodonetsk area residents.
 
The Ukrainian government launched the so-called anti-terrorist operation against Donbass in April 2014.  The peace talks failed to reach tangible results due to Kiev’s position to settle the conflict by force.
