Russia delivers 120 tons of food to Rubezhnoye residents

A humanitarian aid convoy of the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry (EMERCOM) has delivered 120 tons of foodstuffs to residents of Rubezhnoye, the Lugansk People’s Republic Emergencies Ministry press service reported.
 
“On April 26, eleven EMERCOM trucks delivered 120 tons of relief supplies for Donbass residents to the LPR capital,” the report said. “The convoy promptly left for Rubezhnoye.”
 
On April 10, Russia delivered about 280 tons of food to residents of Rubezhnoye and Lisichansk.
 
The Ukrainian government launched the so-called anti-terrorist operation against Donbass in April 2014.  The peace talks failed to reach tangible results due to Kiev’s position to settle the conflict by force.
 
The Lugansk People’s Republic acceded to Russia on September 30, 2022 following the unification referendum.*i*ie
