Putin includes LPR Head in State Council

Russian President Vladimir Putin has issued a decree including Lugansk People’s Republic Head Leonid Pasechnik in the State Council.
The advisory and consultative body also included Donetsk People’s Republic Head Denis Pushilin, the governors of the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions, Vladimir Saldo and Yevgeny Balitsky as well as other new governors of Russian regions.
The mayors of Krasnoyarsk and Murmansk, Vladislav Loginov and Yury Serdechkin have become State Council members as well.
