OSCE's double standards fuel Kiev's sense of permissiveness - Deinego

OSCE's double standards applied to covering the situation in Donbass breed a feeling of permissiveness in Kiev, the LPR Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladislav Deinego said speaking at the "Minsk process: reality and tendencies" round table organized in the Russian Tass News Agency.

Ukrainian army's saboteurs captured a representative of the LPR Mission to the JCCC Andrey Kosyak in the Zolotoye security zone on October 13. The LPR demanded that Kiev immediately release Kosyak. LPR Head Leonid Pasechnik said that further dialogue with Kiev within the Minsk format made no sense until the LPR officer is liberated.

"The double standards used by the OSCE mission to describe the situation in Donbass via its reports are one of the factors fuelling Kiev's sense of impunity," Deinego said, adding that this attitude is counter-productive and does not correlate with the mission's task of "de-escalating the tensions and providing peace and stability".

He also pointed out to the degrading credibility of the SMM on the side of Donbass residents. *t*s
