Lugansk People’s Republic civil registration offices have issued 50,165 documents in Russian standard since August 29, 2023, the LPR Justice Ministry told the Lugansk Media Center.
The LPR was the first among the new Russian regions to begin issuing vital records in Russian standard.*i
