Lugansk Media Centre Telegram channel reaches 20,000 subscribers

Lugansk Media Center Telegram channel has reached a landmark 20,000 subscribers, the agency's Editor-In-Chief Sergey Meshkovoi said.

"The agency's Telegram channel has reached 20,000 subscribers. It is the best result among all the Republican mass media Telegram channels," he said.

Meshkovoi added that the channel adds new subscribers daily.

"It means that news media is in demand. It is important to us to remain objective and unbiased in the times when fake news spread at the speed of light," he said.

A year ago, the number of subscribers was slightly above 2,000. The audience grew rapidly after the situation in Donbass escalated in late winter 2022. *t
