Semyonova said that “the LPR PGO has received documents from the LPR State Security Ministry, which prove the involvement of the SBU and the Ukrainian Defence Ministry’s Main Intelligence Department in genocide, sabotage and crimes against peace and security of mankind in the territory of the Lugansk People’s Republic.”

“At present, the LPR prosecutor general is deciding on preparing and sending a petition to the LPR Supreme Court seeking the recognition of the SBU and the Main Intelligence Department of the Ukrainian Defence Ministry as terrorist organisations,” she said.

Earlier, the LPR PGO asked lawmakers and LRP Head Leonid Pasechnik to consider tougher punishment for the commission of crimes against peace and security of mankind. *i*s
