LPR parliament approves Sergey Kozlov’s appointment as prime minister

LUGANSK, December 11 (Lugansk Media Centre) - The Lugansk People’s Republic parliament passed a resolution on Tuesday approving the candidacy of Sergey Kozlov for the post of Council of Ministers chairman.

Deputy parliament speaker Dmitriy Khoroshilov told the legislators that the LPR leader, Leonid Pasechnik, had nominated Kozlov for prime minister.

The 46 parliamentarians present at the session supported Kozlov’s appointment.

Kozlov has been LPR Council of Ministers chairman since the Republic’s parliament approved his candidacy for this post in December 2015.
