LPR Healthcare Ministry on Perevalsk attack victims’ state of health

Lugansk People's Republic Healthcare Minister Natalia Pashchenko has provided details on the state of health of the people who were wounded in a Kiev artillery attack at the Karpaty settlement in the LPR’s Perevalsk district.
Kiev forces fired a US-made high mobility rocket system at Karpaty overnight to May 24 killing five people and wounding another 24.
“Fifteen people were admitted to hospital after the artillery strike,” Pashchenko said. “Eight are receiving treatment in the town of Alchevsk, one patient has died of fatal injuries, two patients have been transferred to the Republican Clinical Hospital, and another two are in surgery units.”
On top of that, seven people were taken to the Perevalsk hospital in mild and moderate condition. All the patients in Perevalsk have received full medical assistance. “If need be, they will be transferred to federal medical centers of the Russian Federation,” the LRP healthcare minister said.
The Ukrainian government launched the so-called anti-terrorist operation against Donbass in April 2014.  The peace talks failed to reach tangible results due to Kiev’s position to settle the conflict by force.
The Lugansk People’s Republic acceded to Russia on September 30, 2022 following the unification referendum. *i*v
