LPR Head and Russia's Deputy Minister of Defence open new medical centre in Lugansk

The LPR Head Leonid Pasechnik and Deputy Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation Timur Ivanov opened a multifunctional medical centre in Lugansk, Lugansk Media Centre correspondent says.

The new medical unit of ​​11 thousand square meters was constructed by the Military Construction Company (Voenstroy) of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation in 101 days. 

It has 100 double rooms equipped with everything necessary. The institution features CT scanners, X-ray machines, ultrasound machines, everything for colonoscopy and endoscopy, portable ventilators, and a PCR laboratory. An oxygen-gasification station, a vehicle disinfection unit, and a diesel power plant are part of the medical infrastructure.

"Retreating Ukrainian fascists destroyed everything on their way, leaving us with scorched earth, leaving us with problems, without water, electricity, gas. At the same time, the Russian Federation, confirming its vital principle that Russia does not abandon its people, of course, undertook to help us," the head of the Republic said.

He expressed his gratitude to the leadership of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Defence for the prompt and high-quality construction of the new centre. *t
