The Lugansk People’s Republic government has established the Single Customer Service in the Field of Construction tasked with concluding and implementing contacts on behalf of the LPR for construction, design or maintenance of state-owned facilities, the LPR government press service said.
“It will focus on municipal investment projects to develop social and utility infrastructure, housing construction, repairs, renovation and Territorial Development Fund programs,” the press service said.
Non-core activities include comprehensive inspection of technical condition of buildings, cost estimates of design and survey works, consultations and mediation in construction and design, energy conservation etc.
The new company is subordinate to the LRP Construction and Utilities Ministry. *i*ie
