Employing combat aviation and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) in 30km-wide zone along the line of contact is banned under Article 7 of Minsk Memorandum, with the exception to OSCE SMM UAVs.

LPR People's Militia has not recorded any flights of Bayraktar-type UAVs over its territory,  the LPR Mission to the JCCC head Michael Filiponenko said.

"As for the LPR territory, Air Defence did not register any airspace violations or even approaches by this type of UAVs," he said.

Kiev said on October 26 that it used a Bayraktar attack drone to target DPR People's Militia positions.

Germany and France reminded that employment of aircrafts in the conflict zone is banned by the Minsk Agreements.

The Ukrainian government launched the so-called anti-terrorist operation against Donbass in April 2014. Conflict settlement relies on the Package of Measures for the Implementation of the Minsk Agreements, signed on February 12, 2015 in the Belarussian capital by the Contact Group members and coordinated by the Normandy Four heads of states (Russia, Germany, France and Ukraine). The document provides for ceasefire and withdrawal of heavy weapons from the contact line. *t
