Kiev forces have damaged or destroyed 1,942 houses and 178 civil infrastructure facilities in the Lugansk People’s Republic since the contact line situation escalated on February 17, the LPR Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) reported.
“(In the period from February 17 to July 28, 2022), 1,942 houses in 31 settlements were damaged or destroyed; 178 civil infrastructure facilities were damaged,” the report said.
The Ukrainian government launched the so-called anti-terrorist operation against Donbass in April 2014. The Donbass peace talks participants have announced ceasefire more than 20 times since the autumn of 2014.
