Kiev forces shelled the territory of the Lugansk People’s Republic twice on September 28, the LPR Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination of issues related to Ukraine’s war crimes (JCCC) reported.
“Ukrainian armed formations delivered two strikes at the settlements of Lisichansk and Perevalsk using an American M 142 high mobility artillery rocket system (eight M31 GMLRS missiles),” the JCCC said. “In Lisichansk, the strike destroyed the building of the local water supply company.”
