Kiev forces shelled the territory in the responsibility zone of the Lugansk People’s Republic once over the past 24 hours, the LPR Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) reported.
“Ukrainian armed formations fired at Pervomaisk expending twelve 120mm mortar rounds,” the report said. “A 61-year-old woman was wounded and 11 houses, secondary school No 30 and a children’s outpatient clinic were damaged in the shelling.”
The Ukrainian government launched the so-called anti-terrorist operation against Donbass in April 2014. The peace talks participants have announced ceasefire more than 20 times since the autumn of 2014.
