Employing combat aviation and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) in 30km-wide zone along the line of contact is banned under Article 7 of Minsk Memorandum, with the exception to OSCE SMM UAVs.

Kiev forces jammed unmanned aerial vehicles of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission on four separate incidents during this week, said LPR People’s Militia chief of staff Colonel Yan Leschenko.

"Four incidents of jamming OSCE aerial vehicles with Bukovel-AD counter-drone system by Ukrainian army were recorded this week. Mobile groups of the 20th electronic warfare battalion jammed SMM's UAVs in the responsibility zones of 24th, 57th, 59th Ukrainian brigades," the report reads.

The Ukrainian government launched the so-called anti-terrorist operation against Donbass in April 2014. Conflict settlement relies on the Package of Measures for the Implementation of the Minsk Agreements, signed on February 12, 2015 in the Belarussian capital by the Contact Group members and coordinated by the Normandy Four heads of states (Russia, Germany, France and Ukraine). The document provides for ceasefire and withdrawal of heavy weapons from the contact line. *t
