Kiev forces damage or destroy 52 homes, three infrastructure facilities in LPR over week - JCCC

Military&Defence
Kiev forces have damaged or destroyed more than 50 homes and three infrastructure facilities in the Lugansk People’s Republic over the past week, said the LPR Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination of issues related to Ukraine’s war crimes (JCCC).

“Fifty-two homes and three civil infrastructure facilities including an education institution were ruined or damaged (in shelling by Ukrainian forces last week),” the JCCC said. Two people were killed and another four were wounded in eight artillery attacks.

The Ukrainian government launched the so-called anti-terrorist operation against Donbass in April 2014.  The peace talks that began soon thereafter failed to reach tangible results due to Kiev’s position to settle the conflict by force.

The Lugansk People’s Republic acceded to Russia on September 30, 2022 following the unification referendum.*i*v
