Kiev forces have damaged or destroyed 14 homes and 13 infrastructure facilities in the Lugansk People’s Republic over the past week, said the LPR Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination of issues related to Ukraine’s war crimes (JCCC).

“Fourteen homes and 13 civil infrastructure facilities including two medical centers and one education institution were ruined or damaged in shelling by Ukrainian forces last week,” the JCCC said.

In the week before last, more than 50 houses and three infrastructure facilities were damaged or destroyed in Kiev artillery attacks on the LPR.

The Ukrainian government launched the so-called anti-terrorist operation against Donbass in April 2014.  The peace talks that began soon thereafter failed to reach tangible results due to Kiev’s position to settle the conflict by force.

The Lugansk People’s Republic acceded to Russia on September 30, 2022 following the unification referendum.*i*v
