Kiev forces have damaged or destroyed 1,166 houses and 107 civil infrastructure facilities in the Lugansk People’s Republic since the contact line escalation on February 17, the LPR Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) reported.
“One thousand one hundred and sixty-six houses in 30 settlements were damaged or destroyed; 107 civil infrastructure facilities were damaged,” the report said.
The Ukrainian government launched the so-called anti-terrorist operation against Donbass in April 2014. The members of the Contact Group on conflict settlement have announced ceasefire more than 20 times since the autumn of 2014.
