Ukrainian forces delivered a strike at a school in the Troitskoye district of the Lugansk people's Republic during a celebration, local authorities said.
“At 17:15 on October 27, 2023, (Ukrainian) gunmen fired a missile at the Novochervonovsky education center in the LPR’s Troitskoye district,” the local administration website reported.
Some 20 children with their parents were at the school at the time of the attack. Luckily, there were no casualties. The impact created a three-meter deep crater some ten meters from the school .
School frontage and some 37 windows and doors were damaged. Troitskoye district Head Larisa Reznikova said that she would monitor the repairs.*i
