Сar blown up in central Lugansk, Head of LPR Mission to JCCC injured

A car was blown up in the centre of Lugansk injuring the Head of the LPR Mission to the JCCC and his driver.

The explosion occurred at the Oboronnaya street next to the JCCC office at around 8.30 p.m.

There were no civilian casualties, as most people are staying at home amid massive evacuation efforts, mobilization and fears of Ukrainian invasion.  *t
