Military&Defence
An apartment house in Pervomaisk was damaged in a strike by Ukrainian forces, residents of this frontline town said.
"The roof of the apartment house at 2 Teatralnaya Street took a hit and a gas pipe was severed,” a local resident said. “A Luganskgaz repair team is already at the scene.”
The Lugansk People’s Republic Emergencies Ministry press service said that there were no casualties.
“The gas service responded quickly to the emergency. No fire occurred,” it said.
Earlier, the LPR Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) reported that Kiev forces had fired at the LPR six times over the past 24 hours.
The Ukrainian government launched the so-called anti-terrorist operation against Donbass in April 2014.  The members of the Contact Group have announced ceasefire more than 20 times since the autumn of 2014. Kiev forces regularly violated the truce opening fire with large caliber artillery, mortars and tank guns which were to have been withdrawn from the contact line under the accords. *t
