High-speed railroads to be built to Lugansk, Donetsk - Putin

Russia has plans to build high-speed railroads to Lugansk and Donetsk in the future, President Vladimir Putin said at the IV Congress of Railway Workers.

“In the future, we’ll certainly build them to Lugansk and Donetsk,” Putin said noting that the new railroads would run across the territories where 111 million people live, or 80 percent of the country’s population.*i*sb
