Four people hurt in Ukrainian army attack on Lugansk - Pasechnik

Four people have sustained injuries in a Ukrainian artillery strike at Lugansk, said Lugansk People’s Republic Acting Head Leonid Pasechnik.
 
“At around 10:00, Ukrainian Nazis delivered a strike at the Lugansk industrial zone; four people were reportedly hurt in the attack,” Pasechnik wrote on Telegram. “Rescuers and medics continue working at the scene.”
 
The strike targeted the city’s locomotive-making plant area. Military expert Lt-Col (Retired) Andrey Marochko said that Kiev forces had used “Storm Shadow” cruise missiles.

The Ukrainian government launched the so-called anti-terrorist operation against Donbass in April 2014.  The peace talks failed to reach tangible results due to Kiev’s position to settle the conflict by force.
