Five people have been killed as an administrative building in Lisichansk collapsed, the LPR Ministry of Emergencies said.
"A three-storey administrative building collapsed for a reason yet to be identified, killing five people," the statement reads.
Preliminary, four people are still trapped under the debris. Search efforts are underway. *t
