Kiev forces shelled Lisichansk on November 14 killing one civilian and wounding another; one house was completely destroyed, the Town Hall reported on Telegram.

A single-family neighborhood in the Proletarsk residential area came under fire at around 17:15 on November 14. It did not accommodate military or their equipment,” the report said. “One house was fully destroyed and a fire broke out. Luckily, nobody was hurt. A man was killed by shrapnel in a nearby street, and another man was hospitalized with wounds.”

“Ukrainian fascists are once again fighting against the civilian population destroying their homes and lives,” the Town Hall said.

The Ukrainian government launched the so-called anti-terrorist operation against Donbass in April 2014.  The peace talks that began soon thereafter failed to reach tangible results due to Kiev’s position to settle the conflict by force.
