Bulavinovka village civil infrastructure damaged by Kiev artillery strike  - JCCC

Military&Defence
Ukrainian armed formations have shelled the Bulavinovka village in the Novopskov district damaging its civil infrastructure including a school and a post office, said the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination of issues related to Ukraine's war crimes (JCCC).

“At 04:45 on February 3, the Bulavinovka village in the Novopskov district (LPR) came under high-mobility artillery rocket system fire (the enemy fired four M31GMLRS missiles),” the JCCC said.  “The strike damaged the school, the culture center, the post office and ten homes.”

The Ukrainian government launched the so-called anti-terrorist operation against Donbass in April 2014.  The peace talks that began soon thereafter failed to reach tangible results due to Kiev’s position to settle the conflict by force.

The Lugansk People’s Republic acceded to Russia on September 30, 2022 following the unification referendum. *i*ie
