An apartment building has been damaged in Rubezhnoye in shelling by Kiev forces, the Lugansk People’s Republic Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination of issues related to Ukraine's war crimes (JCCC) reported.
“An apartment building was damaged as Ukrainian forces attacked Rubezhnoye with 155mm artillery,” the JCCC said.
The Ukrainian government launched the so-called anti-terrorist operation against Donbass in April 2014. The peace talks that began soon thereafter failed to reach tangible results due to Kiev’s position to settle the conflict by force.
