Almost 309,000 pensioners in the Lugansk People’s Republic have enjoyed the minimum pension increase, the LPR government press service said citing the Republic’s Pension Fund (PF).
On August 12, the LPR government increased the size of the minimum monthly pension to 10,000 rubles starting July 1. PF chairwoman Tatyana Vasilyeva said that LPR pensioners would receive a larger pension in September with extra payments for July and August.
“As many as 308,872 people have enjoyed the minimum pension increase to 10,000 rubles, including 86,302 in liberated areas,” the press service said.
